A recent article about white-male dominance in the post-modern Christian church has set off a big kerfuffle in my recent faith-related readings. I’m sharing a bit of that conversation here because it makes me think about privilege, patterns of community, being an at-least-slightly-hip “White Male Hipster”, and the fact that what’s being discussed here is the very pool into which I am diving. And I think people like Sarah-Ji and Julie Clawson are exceptional voices within the conversation.
