		<description>Ha! Hey Fred, did you find this post via Google alert or trackback or something? I haven&#039;t even told anybody this blog is here yet. This was my first post that wasn&#039;t migrated over from my LJ.

As for Hard Boiled Cultures, I didn&#039;t actually buy it yet, but I&#039;m going to tonight or tomorrow. I think the essence of my excitement comes from your description of what the product does. Being able to take a cultural archetype and give it depth and nuance really appeals to me. I especially like the notion that you have actual mechanical support for playing up the cultural nuances.

Rich and I already planned to play 4E sometime soon, based on the fact that it&#039;s getting such good buzz from people we respect. But for me it was more a notion of doing it so I&#039;d have the experience of playing it, not really because I WANT to. But something about this has sparked actual interest.

After I buy the pdf and read it, if anything else grabs me I&#039;ll sure let you know. But I&#039;m also sure I&#039;ll be mentioning all of this stuff on Canon Puncture next week.</description>
